Introduction to kids health care
Kids health is taken much care of beacause the kids have a long future to live. If not taken care of in the early stages then it might be difficult to be taken care of in the adult age. The kids health is important to every parent and they will more concerned then anybody else in the world.
TO KEEP THE KIDS HEALTH UPTO DATE SO IMPORTANT THINGS MUST BE DONE:
1. Eating well : A healthy balanced diet is one with the food nutritious and healthy. Good nutrition will promote the physical and mental development of the kids health.
2. Maintain good hygiene : keeping the body clean, bathing every day and brush our teeth after every meal helps your kids health to be good.
3. Breathing fresh air : outdoor visit places such as parks, and avoid enclosed, poorly ventilated or where smoking will contribute to good kids health.
4. Practicing physical activity : swimming, walking, biking are activities that help your kids health to function effectively and sits activity rather than apathy or fatigue.
5. Visit your doctor regularly : Take your Kid to the doctor for the good kids health. Keep track of vaccinations, regular visits to the pediatrician, periodic review of the teeth, the eyes and ears will help prevent diseases.
6. Sleep at least eight hours : Be sure that your kid takes an eight hours sleep for the kids health to be perfect.
7. Never forget hydration: For a good kids health the child should drink plenty of water or fruit juice, to maintain adequate hydration, the best way to combat fevers and colds, is being hydrated.
8. Dress it up according to the weather: This is said because it is not necessary to exceed the temperature swings are the worst enemies for the kids health, the child may even catch a cold soon. Do not forget the hat and scarf.
9. Encourage children to play: The game time is so important for the kids health, it helps to be creative, develop problem solving skills and getting along with others.
10. Create a safe environment: Fear can be a very dangerous for the kids health, and this may affect their mental health too.
11. Get help: If you are concerned about the mental health of a child, you should consult teachers or specialists who can explain the reasons for their behavior, the early identification and treatment of mental illness can helpfull in for not affecting the kids health.
Things that affects the kids health and should not be done.
1.Excessive Sitting- Mostly the kids health is affected by sitting in front of the T.V more than the given hours. By this the kids get over wieght and once the kids health gets affected by the overwieght it is impossible for the kids to be in the right place again.
2. Obesity- Obesity is a factor that really affects the kids health for a long period of time. While watching TV, kids are inactive and tend to snack. They’re also bombarded with ads that encourage them to eat unhealthy foods like potato chips and empty-calorie soft drinks that often become preferred snack foods.This will definately spoil the kids health.
